Four years at ManoMano, Europe’s marketplace for home improvement, as a designer on flows that have to work for two audiences at once: 14M+ monthly customers choosing how their order arrives, and 9,000+ independent sellers running their business through our back office.
Before design I worked in data and research, as a data analyst at Warner Media and a research assistant at Médiamétrie. It’s why I tend to start from the numbers the business already has, and why partnering with researchers feels like the normal way to work rather than an extra step

I work on the tools as well as with them. At ManoMano I made the case for dropping a paid third-party translation service and structured our UX-writing knowledge base so it could be read directly by the codebase. Engineering built the LLM automation on top of it.
Day to day, AI handles the repetitive parts so the judgement stays with me: transcribing and clustering research, consistency checks across a component set, handoff prep.

Most of my free time goes to street photography. Standing on a corner waiting for the one frame that only happens once is a particular kind of joy, and nothing else quite matches it. I also love pilates, and I play tennis with the seriousness of a professional and the results of an amateur.
