Four years at ManoMano, Europe’s marketplace for home improvement, as a designer on flows that have to work for two audiences at once: 14M+ monthly customers choosing how their order arrives, and 9,000+ independent sellers running their business through our back office.

Before design I worked in data and research, as a data analyst at Warner Media and a research assistant at Médiamétrie. It’s why I tend to start from the numbers the business already has, and why partnering with researchers feels like the normal way to work rather than an extra step.

I’m most useful on problems tangled up in legal requirements, third-party systems, and teams that disagree about what to build first.
